Your camp registration form will give the Director all of the information about your summer camper.  (Note that this form is not needed for day camps, Girl Scout overnights, or riding students)  Only resident camper will need this form.  

Please print all information carefully, as this is a very important form for phone numbers, addresses, and special notes that I may need as director to care for your camper.   Contact information is important.  Include area codes on all numbrs, and note which phone number is the first one to call by putting a circle around the primary number. 

Any special notes should be included on this form.

If you are bringing your own horse....

The date that you have chosen for your camp...(please call to be sure there is an opening in the week you want.)

How long you will be staying...

If you are a new rider, or an advanced rider.  Your skills are important to us so we may pick a horse for you, and assign you to the right group of riding lessons.
